Economy Service – Documents retrieved within 2 days, first attempted delivery within 3 days,
3 service attempts within 21 days.                                                                     $  75.00

Direct Service - Documents retrieved within 1 day, first attempted delivery within 2 days,
3 service attempts within 10 days.                                                                     $ 100.00

Express Service – Documents retrieved within 1 hour, first attempted delivery within 1 hour,
3 service attempts within 5 days.                                                                       $ 125.00

Service Fees for Tarrant & Denton Counties add $30.00 per service

TRO -  All Temporary Restraining Orders                                                         $150.00

These fees are applicable for Process Documents retrieved, delivered and filed in the same county. Service days are Monday – Saturday excluding holidays.  Retrieval or filing out of county will be extra.

Each additional document delivered to same person or entity at the same address is $ 30.00.
